Capricorn Ridge Wind Project
Scope / Requirements
This project consisted of preparing an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for each of 124 land owners impacted by improvements for this wind project. Each ALTA Survey showed the location of turbines, access roads, underground collection lines, transmission lines and other improvements relative to that land owner’s property.
Location
The project was located 5 miles Northeast of Sterling, Texas.
