Essential Functions

• Calculate section control and coordinate transformations
• Manage Crew Chief field operations.
• Interact with clients each day.

Desired Qualifications

• Professional license of surveying in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas.
• Experience with Carlson 2008, AutoCAD, and ForeSite.
• Five or more years experience in the Surveying profession
• Experience in the use of high precision GPS equipment and conventional surveying units.

Essential Functions

• Job Calculation (Reviewing of field crew notes).
• Drafting Surveys (Pipelines, Boundaries, Full List).
• Coordinating with crew chiefs and surveyors.
• Daily customer relations.

Desired Qualifications

• AutoCAD, Carlson 2008, ForeSite experience.
• Survey / Title work experience.
• Legal / Property description knowledge.
• One year or more of drafting experience.

Essential Functions

• Update / manage workstations and servers daily.
• Travel to different office locations making network / workstation repairs and upgrades.
• Report to IT Director daily with problems and solutions.
• Implement new IT software and hardware.

Desired Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of software / hardware installation.
• 4 years of experience in IT administration.
• Advanced Networking Techniques including VPN, wireless LAN administration, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and more.
• Some programming experience (HTML, ASP, VB, PHP) as well as SQL Server knowledge.

Essential Functions

• Calculating Latitude / Longitude and elevation.
• Documenting field work and taking notes for the Drafting department.
• Coordinating with Rodmen and clients to complete daily tasks.
• Reporting to Surveyors and the drafting department.

Desired Qualifications

• GPS / Conventional surveying unit experience.
• Carlson SurvCE, Carlson 2008, ForeSite knowledge.
• 2 years Crew Chief experience.
