Landpoint, Inc. was founded in 1982 by James Souter with Oil and Gas surveying records dating back to 1920. We specialize in pipelines, gas and oil well locations, GPS unit surveys, construction layouts, topographical boundaries, subdivision design, title and boundary surveys, unitization surveying, geodetic control surveys, digitizing, map reproduction and preparation, and dedicated online map services.

Landpoint, Inc. is represented by a group of professionals that have over 100 years of combined land surveying related experience. James Latson Souter serves as the company President. He is a registered Land Surveyor in the State of Arkansas (License #1050) and Louisiana (License #04579).

Our company has a total of 18 available crews and four draftsmen. We have accepted over 12,000 new jobs and expanded into Texas and Oklahoma within the past five years.
